Jenoah McKiver, a junior at Iowa, won the men's 400-meter title in 45.59 seconds and contributed to the Hawkeyes capturing the 4x400-meter relay crown in 3:06.30 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in Bloomington, Ind.
